How much can I borrow?
Tenant Loans are no longer accepting new applications. If you are looking for a loan and have not yet made an application we would recommend that you visit Loanfinder UK or call them on 0800 4089 549.

How quickly can I get the money?
Your loan documents can usually be delivered within 24 hours but will be dependant on the lender, however delivery may take longer in outlying areas or for weekend applications.

If you complete your loan by post the documents must be signed and returned before the lender can release the funds.

Funds can usually be transferred by BACS into any bank account after receipt of signed loan documentation and can usually take up to 3 days to clear from the date of transfer.

If you take out an agreement with a lender The Consumer Credit Act gives you the right to settle this agreement at any time by giving notice in writing and paying off the amount you owe under this agreement which may be reduced by a rebate depending on the lender.
